Selected work
Three systems, three wider horizons.
Each one started as a process held together by spreadsheets, memory or habit. Here is what we built, shown with its real screens.
Figures, names and emails in the screenshots are blurred to protect the people who use them.

Real Estate Installment Management
Buildings, owners, contracts and every installment, in one place.
Client
Dr. Mohamed Elshiwi
The problem
Apartments, owners, contracts and installment payments lived across scattered Excel files. Knowing where a single unit stood meant opening several sheets and trusting they agreed.
What we built
A database-backed system that links every record, from the building down to each payment. We designed it as an operational dashboard, not a bare admin panel, and made it Arabic first.
Built with
Inside the system
- Dashboard with key figures and a collection-progress ring
- Buildings, apartments, owners and contracts, all linked
- Installment schedules generated in one step
- Customer payments, project payments and payment parties
- A suggested next action, such as reviewing overdue installments
- Daily summary: collected today, due today, overdue, due within 7 days
- Quick actions: add an apartment or owner, new contract, record a payment
- Search by apartment, owner, phone number or building
- Excel import and export, backup and restore
- Admin sign-in and an Arabic-first dark interface

02 / 03Multi-company SaaS · Sales
Sales & Invoicing Platform
Quotations, invoices, sales and payments for several companies, from one account.
The problem
Quotations, invoices, sales and collections are easy to lose track of when they live in separate tools, and harder still across more than one company. The owner needs to see, at a glance, who still owes what.
What we built
A multi-company SaaS platform with a company switcher, so each company keeps its own customers, products and numbers. The dashboard answers the questions that matter each month: what we sold, what we collected and what is still due.
Inside the system
- Quotations, invoices, sales and payments
- Companies, customers and account statements
- Products, team members and subscription plans
- Switching between companies from the top bar
- Dashboard: sales count, total sales, total payments, amount due
- Sales against collection over the last 6 months
- Top debts, top customers and payment methods
- A “this month” filter across the dashboard
- Arabic and English, with dark mode
03 / 03Financial intelligence
MO Finance OS
A personal financial operating system built on a ledger, not a budget sheet.
The problem
Bank balances don't tell the whole story. A card statement can mix your own spending with expenses you carried for other people, and a shortfall shows up only when a due date arrives.
What we built
A ledger-based system that reads bank statements, reconciles them and turns them into one financial picture: what you really owe, what's coming in, and what could hurt you in the next 30 days. It runs locally, so the data stays on the device, and it was built in phases with an automated test suite behind the numbers.
Built with
Inside the system
- Parses CIB and BDC statements: periods, closing balances, due dates, minimum payments
- Reconciles the statement balance against your real share and other people's exposure
- Alert engine, credit guard, cash-flow guardian and spending-leak detector
- A 30-day summary: cash on hand, confirmed income, dues and the gap
- A daily spending limit, split by category
- Spending analytics with weekly and monthly reviews
- Scenario engine, debt strategy engine and close-the-gap planning
- Accounts, cards, people, receivables, recurring payments, savings circles and gold
- Arabic and English interface

YouTube AI Comment Assistant
AI automation · n8n
An n8n workflow that runs every five minutes. It pulls comments from the YouTube Data API, checks each one against a condition, looks up its video for context, and lets an AI agent write a reply that is posted back to YouTube.
